TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the ESF Federal programme “Education, Business, Work in the Neighbourhood – BIWAQ”, the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Construction (BMWSB) provides grants for projects that link labour-market policy activities and approaches to strengthening the local economy with area-based integrated urban development. The purpose of this invitation to tender is to commission a coordinating office for the specialist and scientific monitoring of BIWAQ from November 2026 inclusive until March 2029 inclusive for 29 months. During this period, a maximum of 52 BIWAQ projects will take place. In summary, the coordinating office’s tasks include: • Specialist monitoring and advice for the maximum 52 BIWAQ VI projects • Monitoring and evaluation of the projects and assessment of programme implementation at overall programme level • Support with the handling of ad-hoc assignments • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of events • Accompanying public relations work • Coordination meetings with the contracting authority With the ESF Federal programme “Education, Business, Work in the Neighbourhood – BIWAQ”, the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Construction…
