The subject of the public procurement is, according to the contracting authority’s needs, the purchase of first aid supplies (hereinafter the goods or, in an impersonal manner, the product) together with the delivery of the goods to the locations of the contracting authority under the conditions and in accordance with the procedure set out in the procurement documents. The list of first aid supplies is set out in Annex 1 to the technical description – Form I.
