TENDER DESCRIPTION
Site supervision of construction/structural works for new-build and renovation projects in accordance with the task list RT 103171. In addition to all the supervision tasks listed, the assignment includes those tasks from the task list that are separately commissioned and marked in the list (see the attached task list). In each case, the supervision may include separately commissioned tasks (see the attached task list) for which a separate price/tender is provided: - safety coordinator - moisture management coordinator - cleanliness management coordinator One (1) service provider will be selected for the lot, which will obtain the best price-quality points in the tender competition. The service provider that obtains the second-best price-quality points will be selected as the back-up.
