TENDER DESCRIPTION

Site supervision of structural/building technical works for new-build and renovation sites in accordance with the scope of duties list RT 103171. In addition to all supervision duties in the list, the task includes those separately commissioned duties in the list that have been ticked in the list (see the attached scope of duties list). For supervision purposes, separately commissioned duties may, on a case-by-case basis, be included (see the attached scope of duties list), for which a separate price / bid is provided: - safety coordinator - moisture management coordinator - cleanliness management coordinator One (1) service provider will be selected for the lot, which will receive the best price-quality points in the tender competition. The service provider that receives the second-best price-quality points will be selected as the reserve provider.
