TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project comprises the refurbishment of a multi-family apartment building located at Jukolanahde 3, 02180, Espoo, in Mankkaa, Espoo. The building was completed in 1978 and partially refurbished in 2008. The site includes a basement/ground floor and 2 residential floors. There are also apartments on the basement floor. There are a total of 22 apartments.
