TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project comprises the refurbishment of a multi-family apartment building located at Jukolanahde 3, 02180, Espoo, in Mankkaa, Espoo. The building was completed in 1978 and partially refurbished in 2008. The site includes a basement/ground floor and 2 residential floors. There are also apartments on the basement floor. There are a total of 22 apartments. A comprehensive refurbishment is carried out in accordance with the tendering documents, in which, among other things, the building’s facade surfaces are repaired, coated and painted, and the foundation (plinth) surfaces are repaired, coated and painted. The building’s balcony structures are replaced. The yards and site structures are repaired, and all asphalt surfaces are replaced. The perimeter drains (salaojat) are replaced.
