TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns glazing repairs for properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy. The procurement is divided into two areas: south and north. One operator will be selected for each area. The contracting authority cannot specify exact quantities in advance nor guarantee a certain amount of work during the contract period. The quantity coefficients in the price lists are only for the purpose of comparing bids. The bidder who submits the most economical bid will be selected for the southern area and the bidder with the second most economical bid will be selected for the northern area.
