TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the provision of pest control services in properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy. The service includes, among other things: • pest sightings and surveys • preventive measures • pest control measures (including rodents, insects, other vermin) • monitoring, reporting and documentation • advice to properties and residents The service is provided on the basis of orders at the contracting authority’s properties. Selection The procurement will not be divided into geographical or service-content parts. Instead, the contracting entity establishes a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers, to which several service providers are selected. This procedure ensures sufficient capacity, continuity of the service, availability of specialist expertise, and flexible opportunities to allocate assignments based on the quality of the service, availability and cost-effectiveness. Dividing it into separate parts would not, in the contracting entity’s view, provide additional value compared to a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers.
