TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is the provision of pest control services in properties owned by Espoon Asunnot Oy. The service includes, among other things: • pest observations and surveys • preventive measures • pest control measures (including rodents, insects, and other pests) • monitoring, reporting and documentation • advice for properties and residents The service is produced on the basis of orders at the contracting authority’s properties. Selection The procurement will not be divided into geographic areas or service content-related parts. Instead, the contracting entity establishes a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers, from which several service providers are selected. The procedure ensures sufficient capacity, continuity of service, availability of specialist expertise, as well as flexible possibilities to allocate assignments based on the quality, availability and cost-effectiveness of the service. Dividing the procurement into separate parts would, in the contracting entity’s view, not produce added value compared with a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers.
