TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Authority) requests tenders for audit services for the financial years 2027–2029 for the City of Espoo and for subsidiary companies and foundations belonging to the Espoo City Group, as well as for an option for the years 2030–2032. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders, “Description of the subject of the procurement”. Preparation of the procurement The contracting entity has prepared the procurement by assessing options available on the market and the conditions for competition, as well as the implementation methods for the procurement. The market consultation notice has been published in HILMA on 30.4.2026. In the market consultation, actors in the field have been heard through dialogue on the market, and expert views have been used; the procurement has been assessed for division into lots, as well as different implementation models.
