TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Espoo (hereinafter also the Contracting Party) requests tenders for audit services for the City of Espoo and the subsidiary companies and foundations belonging to the City of Espoo city group and an association for the financial years 2027-2029, with an option for the years 2030-2032. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is provided in Appendix 1 to the tender request, “Description of the subject matter of the procurement”. Preparation of the procurement The contracting entity has prepared the procurement by assessing the options available on the market and the competitive conditions as well as the ways the procurement can be implemented. The market consultation notice has been published in HILMA on 30.4.2026. The market consultation has involved hearing parties operating in the sector through a market dialogue, and using expert viewpoints, assessing splitting the procurement into parts and different implementation models.
