TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Real Estate Services Business Unit of the City of Espoo (hereinafter the Purchaser) invites tenders for the implementation of the Espoo Cultural Centre Theatre, the subject of the procurement, as a collaborative project management contract (YPJU) with a target price in Tapiola. The contract is divided into a Development Phase and an Implementation Phase. The project management contractor acts as the main contractor for the project and is fully responsible for managing the execution of the project, tendering procurements, site management, and coordinating the various parties according to the contract documents and the project schedule. The contractor also participates in the review and optimization of the plans during the Development Phase together with the Purchaser and the designers. The contract is divided into a Development Phase and an Implementation Phase.
