TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Facilities Services Business Unit of the City of Espoo (hereinafter the Client) invites tenders for the implementation of the Espoo Cultural Centre Theatre, which is the subject of the procurement, as a collaborative project management contract (YPJU) with a target price in Tapiola. The contract is divided into a Development Phase and an Implementation Phase. The project management contractor acts as the main contractor in the project and is fully responsible for managing project implementation, competitive tendering of procurements, site management, and coordination of different parties according to the contract documents and project schedule, as well as participating in the review and optimization of plans during the development phase together with the Client and designers. The contract is divided into a Development Phase and an Implementation Phase.
