TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this specifications document is the conclusion of Open-House contracts with suitable catering providers for the supply of employees of the Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall (BGHM) at the administrative site in Hannover with freshly prepared midday meals by means of delivery. The objective of the Open-House procedure is to provide BGHM employees during working hours with a high-quality, varied, health-promoting and price-appropriate catering offer. This procedure expressly does not involve operating an in-house canteen or providing the contracting authority’s premises. The catering of employees in external catering establishments is the subject of the separate Open-House procedure 2026-003-OH; catering providers who are interested in this form of catering are asked to register within the framework of this procedure. The meals are prepared by the contractor on its own responsibility and delivered to the administrative site in Hannover. The contractor bears the costs of delivery, including all transport, staff, packaging, return and other incidental costs.
