TENDER DESCRIPTION
Context of the construction measure Repair measure Bathhouse: The construction measure concerns the renovation of a listed bathhouse. The building is part of a historic spa complex that extends along the park promenade of Staatspark Wilhelmsbad and forms its center. The repair measure of the bathhouse is part of the planned renovation of all buildings in the listed ensemble. The arcaded building adjacent to the west has already been renovated. The bathhouse was built in 1777/78 according to plans by Franz Ludwig von Cancrin as the first of the four pavilions on the Wilhelmsbad promenade. It has two full floors, as well as a mansard floor and an attic floor. Underneath the staircase is a small crawl cellar. The preservation of the existing building fabric is the top priority of the construction measure and must be protected during the execution of the work. For the trade of screed works, the following services are to be provided in summary: - 200 sqm thermal insulation layer EPS 60-80 mm - 200 sqm cement heating screed 5KN/sqm F5 D 85-90 mm - 100 m adjustment of thermal insulation to pipes and filling with mineral material - 40 m movement joint profile
