TENDER DESCRIPTION

With regard to the project titled “Complex reconstruction of the Northern district”, preparation of permit and construction documents, provision of design supervision, and delivery of related ancillary services within the scope of a design contract. Scope of design: Within the framework of the project, reconstruction of green areas (tree planting, shrub planting), development of recreational green areas (renovation of playgrounds, construction of a pump track), development of pedestrian and cycling paths, protection of green areas, and, to the extent necessary in order to give priority to pedestrian and cycling traffic, renovation of road and parking lot surfacing, modernisation of public lighting, and installation of bicycle racks are carried out. Area affected by design: With the design of the Northern district, the area bounded by József Attila Avenue – Makkosházi roundabout – Rókusi roundabout – Körtöltés Street – Makkoserdő line – Rózsa Street is affected, according to the attached overview site plan.
