Preparation of the Project Documentation for Transport Infrastructure Building Permit (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be negotiated in the intent permit procedure, obtaining a final intent permit (building permit) under Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the standpoint of the notified entity in the phase of issuing the intent permit and activities of the safety coordinator during work at the construction site in the preparation phase including the processing of the safety plan at the construction site and maintenance manual.
