TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement services of the Corporate Headquarters of the City of Turku requests tenders, on behalf of the Children and Young People service entity, concerning the procurement of outreach youth work. Outreach youth work is carried out in accordance with the Youth Act and the outreach youth work handbook. With this procurement, the Youth Work Services unit of the City of Turku aims to expand the overall resources of the City of Turku’s outreach youth work and to complement the City’s own outreach youth work with purchased services. The subject of the procurement is the overall outreach youth work for five person-years. The subject of the procurement and the service content, as well as the requirements, are described in this tender request and its appendices.
