TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipalities located in the Drac and Romanche river catchment area are supplied by gravity intake points installed at the foot of hillsides and capturing springs. Only 8 of 545 intake points have been equipped with flow/overall volume measurement of the water produced by the spring, before abstraction.
