    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The study aims at four strategic objectives: - To establish a resilient and coordinated greening and development master plan in order to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and to select around twenty sites to be handled as a priority across the territory. This master plan will be developed in parallel with and in coordination with the ongoing revision of the PLU, and strengthening, protecting and enhancing nature in the city, including on private land, constitutes a major challenge and a main line of work. - To develop this master plan in a participatory manner by widely involving citizens throughout the city. - To integrate into the study the municipal project “places communes”, aimed at reinventing public spaces and neighbourhood life by promoting citizen participation, urban development and shared greening. - To put in place, at the level of the entire city, a land-planning and technical strategy and to coordinate the operational implementation of the proposals with the city.
