TENDER DESCRIPTION

The study aims at four strategic objectives: - Establish a resilient and coordinated greening and development guide plan to integrate climate change into urban development operations, and select around twenty sites to be treated as a priority across the territory. This guide plan will be developed in parallel with, and in conjunction with, the revision of the PLU currently under way, and strengthening, protecting and enhancing nature in the city, including on private land, constitutes a major challenge and area of work. - Establish this guide plan in a participatory manner by involving a wide range of citizens from the whole city. - Incorporate into the study the municipal project "places communes", aimed at reinventing public spaces and neighbourhood life by fostering citizen participation, urban development, and shared greening. - Set up, at the level of the entire city, a land and technical strategy and coordinate the operational implementation of the proposals with the city.
