Maximum VAT-excluded amount of services on order: 13,800.00 Euro(s) excl. VAT. Maximum VAT-excluded amount for the total duration of the contract: 100,000.00 Euro(s) excl. VAT. The framework agreement is "MIXED". It includes a "regular contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. The detailed phasing of the operation is set out in the specifications. The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar envisaged services. The start date of the framework agreement is set for 15 December 2025, or the notification date if this is later. The above start date of execution is given provisionally. The contracting authority reserves the right to subsequently entrust the holder of the framework agreement, pursuant to Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, with one or more new framework agreements for similar services. This consultation includes social and environmental execution conditions, the details of which are indicated in the CCAP.
