TENDER DESCRIPTION

Maximum VAT-excluded amount of the services subject to call-off orders: 13,800.00 Euro(s) excl. VAT. Maximum VAT-excluded amount for the total duration of the contract: 100,000.00 Euro(s) excl. VAT. The framework agreement is "MIXED". It includes a part "ordinary contract" and a part "framework agreement with call-off orders". The detailed phasing of the operation appears in the specifications. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the envisaged similar services. The start date of the framework agreement is set for 15 December 2025, or the date of notification if it is later. The above start date of execution is given as provisional. The contracting authority reserves the possibility to subsequently entrust the holder of the framework agreement, in application of Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, one or more new framework agreements for the purpose of carrying out similar services. This consultation includes execution conditions of social and environmental nature, the details of which are indicated in the CCAP.
