TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract concerns the carrying out of a prospective and operational study aimed at analysing the outlook for the development of the Voie Ferrée Centre Europe Atlantique (VFCEA) at horizons of 10, 25 and 50 years. The study must in particular assess the potential for the development of passenger and freight traffic, the role of the corridor as an alternative to saturated corridors, and the opportunities for modal shift.
