TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation is carried out within the framework of the joint purchasing group formed by Orléans Métropole (Joint Purchasing Coordinator) and the City of Orléans. This single-lot consultation will lead to the award of a mixed-price contract. Part of the services will be awarded under a public contract concluded at a global and lump-sum price. The other part will be awarded under a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded at unit prices applied to the quantities actually carried out. The services handled at a global and lump-sum price comprise all the assignments relating to conducting a diagnostic of the current situation, maintenance with Contracting Mobility Authorities (Autorités Organisatrices de la Mobilité (AOM)) and operators/managers, the development of scenarios and the drafting of the final report. This part of the contract, carried out by purchase orders, is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 150,000 euro(s) net of tax (HT) for the entire duration of the contract.
