TENDER DESCRIPTION
Strategic study and assistance with the definition and implementation of the future management model for public drinking water services and collective wastewater treatment. There is no plan to break down the contract into lots for the reasons detailed in the RC (grounds: interdependence of governance choices, pooling of resources, unity of the water cycle and technical consistency in particular). The services are divided into 14 tranches, pursuant to Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code: 1 firm tranche and 13 optional tranches. The estimated maximum duration of each tranche is set out in the contract documents.
