    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The framework agreement is “composite”. It comprises a “standard contract” portion and a “framework agreement with purchase orders” portion. The details of the project phasing are set out in the specification. The purpose of this contract is to assist the Department of Doubs in defining a cycling infrastructure development project that forms part of an approach to requalify a major road axis through the implementation of a design study. This section falls within the scope of the Morteau–Montbéliard cycling link and constitutes an independent operational section, while also contributing to the continuity of the overall route. More specifically, the contract covers the following: - Preliminary design studies (AVP); - Design studies (PRO); The purpose of these studies is to specify the technical characteristics of the development, define the conditions for its implementation and establish the estimated cost, in line with the guidance resulting from feasibility studies carried out beforehand The framework agreement is “composite”.
