The framework agreement is “composite”. It includes a “regular contract” part and a “framework agreement with purchase orders” part. The phasing details of the project are set out in the specifications. The purpose of this contract is to assist the Department of Doubs in defining a cycling facility development project as part of a requalification process for a major road axis, through the delivery of a design study. This section falls within the Morteau–Montbéliard cycling link and constitutes an autonomous operational section, while also contributing to the continuity of the overall route. More specifically, the contract covers the following: - Preliminary Design (PD) studies; - Project (PRO) studies; The purpose of these studies is to clarify the technical characteristics of the development, define the conditions for carrying it out, and establish the estimated cost, in line with the guidance resulting from the feasibility studies previously carried out The framework agreement is “composite”.
