TENDER DESCRIPTION
The services provided under this framework agreement aim to enable Île-de-France Mobilités to quickly position itself regarding the opportunity to acquire land for the construction of a new bus center. The expected services are Feasibility studies on sites identified by Île-de-France Mobilités or local authorities. The study consists of: • the feasibility of establishing the COB with regard to the characteristics of the site, its environment and regulatory constraints (comprehensive diagnostic of the site and its environment (physical, human, natural, landscape environment, regulatory constraints, ...) in order to identify all advantages and disadvantages for the establishment of a COB), • the sizing, organization and integration of the COB (operations / maintenance / administration functions; parking capacity; fueling equipment; maintenance equipment; green spaces; etc). In order to identify the best land opportunities, it may be requested, within the framework of the same purchase order, to study several sites simultaneously on one single network.
