TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services provided under this framework agreement aim to enable Île-de-France Mobilités to quickly position itself regarding the opportunity to acquire land for the construction of a new bus center. The expected services are Feasibility Studies on sites identified by Île-de-France Mobilités or local authorities. The study involves: • the feasibility of siting the COB considering the site characteristics, its environment, and regulatory constraints (comprehensive diagnosis of the site and its environment (physical, human, natural, landscape, regulatory constraints, etc.) in order to identify all the advantages and disadvantages for the construction of a COB), • the sizing, organization, and integration of the COB (operations/maintenance/administration functions; parking capacity; refueling equipment; maintenance equipment; green spaces; etc). With the aim of identifying the best real estate opportunities, it may be requested, under the same purchase order, to study several sites simultaneously on one and the same network.
