TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Energy Demand Management Committee (MDE) proposes a Territorial Compensation Framework (CTC) defining actions that may be eligible for premiums. These actions are divided into two categories: - "Standard" actions on the one hand, aimed at the mass market - "Non-standard" actions on the other hand, characterized by a high level of dependence on the site location The present contract concerns the realization of energy studies relating to renovation/construction projects for "non-standard" actions. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded with two providers, a main contractor and a "substitute" contractor, according to a so-called "cascade" distribution, specified in the Particular Administrative Clauses (CCAP) of the framework agreement.
