STUDIES AND DIAGNOSTICS OF STRUCTURES - ROOFING AND ENVELOPE This consultation is for the establishment of a framework agreement relating to services for studies and diagnostics of structures, roofing and building envelope (studies of technical components if they exist, investigations on site, pre-sizing, strength calculations…) and any assistance, advisory and expert mission linked to existing assets, structures and the roofing and building envelope. These missions are carried out in particular during feasibility and programming studies, as part of heritage audits. This scheme will enable the City of Cannes and the Cannes Lérins Pays agglomeration community (CACPL) to respond quickly to needs to which they are regularly confronted in the performance of their missions. The operations included within the scope of the framework agreement are located throughout the territory of the City of Cannes and of the CACPL.
