TENDER DESCRIPTION

A group of contracting authorities governed by the provisions set out in Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) has been formed between: • Thônes Electricity Board (RET) 8, voie Eugène Fournier Bidoz BP 30 74230 Thônes • SEML Energie and Services of Seyssel (ESS) 23 avenue Borcier 74910 SEYSSEL The RET has been designated as coordinator of the group of contracting authorities. It is authorised to arrange, sign and notify the contract, on behalf of and for the account of all members of the group: a single contract will be established for the two companies designated above. Each member of the group of contracting authorities shall then be responsible for executing the contract for its own account. Each member of the group of contracting authorities is hereinafter referred to as “The Group”. This contract is for carrying out studies relating to the works of: • HTA / LV extension, connection to the public LV distribution network • Undergrounding of LV • LV reinforcement. • Securing, reconfiguration of HTA/LV network • Master plan, relocation of works • Renewal and construction of public lighting networks. • Undergrounding of telecommunications networks. •…
