TENDER DESCRIPTION

A group of purchasing entities governed by the provisions set out in Article L.2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code (Code de la Commande Publique, CCP) has been formed between: • The Electricity Board of Thônes (RET) 8, voie Eugène Fournier Bidoz BP 30 74230 Thônes • SEML Energie et Services de Seyssel (ESS) 23 avenue Borcier 74910 SEYSSEL The RET has been designated as the coordinator of the group of purchasing entities. It is mandated to place the contract, sign it and notify it, on behalf of and for the account of all members of the group of purchasing entities: a single contract will be established for the two companies designated above. Each member of the group of purchasing entities will then handle performance of the contract for its own account. Each member of the group of purchasing entities is hereinafter referred to as “The Group”.
