TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, concluded without an annual minimum amount with a maximum amount of: - Maximum annual amount: 250,000 euros excluding tax - Maximum amount for the entire duration of the contract (4 years): 1,000,000 euros excluding tax The contract is remunerated on unit prices; the prices for the services are established on the basis of the unit price schedule and applied to the quantities actually carried out.
