TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the collection, treatment and disposal of category 2 soil and “outside category” soil for the contracting authority’s Park and Street Maintenance Department. The soil consists of materials from mechanical sweeping and manhole emptying from public roads and premises in Viborg Municipality. The contracting authority carries out sampling, analyses and categorisation of the soil before collection, and handles loading of the soil itself using its own machinery onto the supplier’s lorry. However, the contracting authority has the option that the supplier carries out sampling, analyses and categorisation of the soil at the contracting authority’s site. All tenderers, who may wish to do so, may drop by Park and Vej, Katmosevej 4, 8800 Viborg, for inspection of the soil. The inspection will take place on 19 October from 08:30-09:30.
