TENDER DESCRIPTION

The maximum quantity for the lot is stated in section 2.1.4. The contract must be performed with due regard to the environment and climate, and the parties under the contract must assume social responsibility. For example, requirements are imposed for product labelling as well as for the environment and ingredients. See draft contract section 7. The contract will apply on unchanged terms in a possible phase-out period after the expiry of the contract upon transfer to another supplier in a subsequent contract period. However, the period may not exceed 6 months. See draft contract section 4.5. Delivery takes place to the individual hospitals in the regions covered by the lot, cf. contract appendix 5 for the Central Denmark Region and the Capital Region of Denmark as well as contract appendix 5A (Note: contract appendix 5A is attached and applies only to the Capital Region of Denmark).
