TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Danish Environmental Protection Agency for Green Land Use Conversion and Water Environment (Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø) offers a framework agreement for the performance of chemical laboratory analyses of selected pesticides in groundwater. There is a need to expand NOVANA monitoring of pesticides in groundwater with a number of selected substances. The precise scope is being clarified in connection with the 2027 Finance Act (finanslov 2027) and is expected to be finally clarified at the end of 2026. As sampling must already start in January 2027, the contracting authority needs to tender the agreement before the final clarifications regarding financial aspects are available. At present, monitoring in 2027 is expected to include, at a minimum, analysis for 3 of the 10 tendered pesticide substances. It is expected that, at a minimum, 250 samples will be taken for analysis of the 3 pesticide substances. The contracting authority hopes to obtain an allocation so that the analysis will include all 10 pesticide substances in up to 800 samples.
