TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender includes full consulting services in connection with the development of the area around Hundested Sports Centre. The consulting shall support the Contracting Authority’s work to realise the vision for the area, including strengthening the connection between the functions and creating an attractive, cohesive sports environment. The development of Hundested Sports Centre may, among other things, include establishing a new 8-a-side artificial turf pitch, a clubhouse, parking facilities and road works, as well as land development and site preparation for the purpose of subdividing land for housing that supports the municipality’s settlement strategy. The final content and scope of the project have not yet been determined. It is therefore a central part of the full consultant’s task, in close cooperation with the Contracting Authority, to qualify, develop and define the final project solutions on the basis of the overall visions and objectives for the area. In special cases, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to have individual projects handled by other consultants or cooperating parties.
