TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tender concerns the supply of workwear to Property Services and, to a lesser extent, to Transport and Infrastructure. to Svendborg Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority or Svendborg Municipality). Svendborg Municipality wishes to provide workwear for approx. 200 permanent employees. Under the collective agreement for the occupational groups Cleaning and Technical Service, each employee is entitled to purchase workwear for DKK 2,000 excl. VAT per year. The agreement therefore covers the purchase of workwear for all cleaning assistants and technical service employees, as well as certain employees in CETS – Transport and Infrastructure (protective clothing for work on the road). In addition, the agreement may, on an ad hoc basis, be used by other departments that more sporadically may have a need for the supply of workwear.
