TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of Lot 1 is planning services for open space planning for the redesign of Jahnstadion into the Bürgerpark. Basic services of performance phases 2 to 9 according to HOAI are commissioned, whereby already performed preliminary services of the contracting authority are taken into account and the services still to be provided are correspondingly reduced. The intended special services include in particular: – Participation in involvement procedures and workshops, – Support in applying for and accounting of funding and employment measures, – Calling up funding after reconciliation with actual costs, – Participation in meetings of political committees as well as in formats of public participation. The execution of the actual procurement procedure for construction services within performance phase 7 is carried out by the responsible procurement office. The award is made in stages. Initially, only the first performance phase will be commissioned.
