Los 1 – Freianlagenplanung Jahnstadion/Bürgerpark

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1 concerns planning services for open space planning for the redesign of Jahnstadion into a community park. Basic services for performance phases 2 to 9 according to HOAI are commissioned, whereby already provided preliminary services by the client are taken into account and the services still to be rendered are correspondingly reduced. The planned special services particularly include: – Participation in consultation procedures and workshops, – Assistance in the application and accounting of funding and employment measures, – Calling up of funding after reconciliation with actual costs, – Participation in meetings of political bodies as well as in formats of public participation. The execution of the actual procurement procedure for the construction services within performance phase 7 is carried out by the responsible procurement office. The commissioning is carried out in stages. Initially, only the first performance phase will be commissioned.
