TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality is the contracting authority in respect of the 'Engineering Facilities Cluster phase 1 Flora Campus Westland' for the parking garage, the ISW Vakcollege+ and the sports hall, the Social component, and the Housing Corporation is the contracting authority in respect of the 'Engineering Facilities Cluster phase 1 Flora Campus Westland' for the residential tower, the Residential tower component. The Municipality and the Housing Corporation want, during the preparation of the new-build parking garage, Vakcollege+ and sports hall respectively the residential tower respectively the WKO, to make use of the knowledge and expertise of market parties. The Municipality and the Housing Corporation are looking for a Contracting Party which, on the basis of an established Preliminary Design in the Final Design phase of the Work, advises as a building team partner in the realisation of the Final Design, and subsequently, subject to agreement on price.
