TENDER DESCRIPTION

The target is a new extension of the social facilities at the Eura School Center, which will be built on the site of the old demolished gymnasium. The new social facilities and recess shelter will serve the previously constructed parts of the school center. The extension includes, among others: - lobby and toilet facilities - changing rooms - storage rooms and kiosk room - recess shelter - fitness area Construction work can begin immediately after the procurement decisions have become legally valid. Outside vacation periods (autumn break, sports break, and summer break), the school operates normally on the construction site. The contractor must plan the work so that school activities can be carried out safely and without unnecessary disturbance. The client requires that contractors have carefully familiarized themselves with the construction site, the surrounding structures, and the conditions during the operation before submitting a bid.
