TENDER DESCRIPTION

The target is a new extension of the social facilities of the Eura School Center, which will be built on the site of the old demolished gymnasium. The new social facilities and the recess shelter serve the previously constructed parts of the school center. The extension includes, among others: - lobby and toilet facilities - changing rooms - storage rooms and a kiosk room - recess shelter - fitness area Construction work can begin immediately after the procurement decisions have become legally valid. Outside vacation periods (autumn break, sports holiday, and summer holiday), the school operates normally in the construction area. The contractor must plan their work so that school activities can be carried out safely and are not caused unnecessary inconvenience. The client requires that contractors have thoroughly familiarized themselves with the construction site, the surrounding structures, and the conditions during operations before submitting their bid.
