TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project concerns a new extension of the social facilities at the Eura School Centre, which will be built on the site of the old demolished gymnasium. The new social facilities and the break-time covered walkway serve the parts of the School Centre that were built previously. The extension includes, inter alia: - entrance hall and WC facilities - changing rooms - storage rooms and the kiosk room - the break-time covered walkway - the fitness area Construction work may be started immediately after the decisions concerning the procurement have become final and binding. Outside the school holiday periods (autumn half-term, sports holiday and summer holiday), the school operates normally in the construction site area. The contractor shall plan its work so that school activities can be carried out safely and without causing unnecessary disruption. The contracting authority requires that contractors have carefully familiarised themselves, prior to submitting their tender, with the construction site, the structures surrounding it and the conditions during operations.
