TENDER DESCRIPTION

The target site is a new extension of the social facilities at Eura School Center, which will be built on the site of the old demolished sports hall. The new social facilities and the recess shelter will serve the previously built parts of the school center. The extension includes e.g. - lobby and toilet facilities - dressing rooms - storage facilities and kiosk room - recess shelter - fitness area Construction work can begin immediately after the procurement decisions have become legally valid. Outside holiday periods (autumn break, sports break, and summer break), the school will operate normally on the construction site. The contractor must plan their work so that school activities can be carried out safely and without unnecessary disruption. The client requires that contractors have thoroughly familiarized themselves with the construction site, the surrounding structures, and the conditions during operations before submitting their tender.
