TENDER DESCRIPTION

The project involves a new extension of the social facilities at the Eura School Centre, which will be built on the site of the old demolished gymnasium. The new social facilities and the break-time shelter serve the parts of the School Centre that were built earlier. The extension component includes, among other things: - entrance hall and WC facilities - changing rooms - storage rooms and the kiosk room - the break-time shelter - the fitness area Construction work may begin immediately after the procurement decisions have entered into force. Outside the school holidays (autumn holiday, sports holiday and summer holiday), the school operates normally on the construction site. The contractor shall plan its work so that school work can be carried out safely and without causing unnecessary inconvenience. The contracting authority requires that contractors have carefully familiarised themselves, before submitting a tender, with the construction site, the structures surrounding it and the conditions during operations.
