TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the award of object planning for structural engineering works (in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 3 service profile pursuant to HOAI § 43) and structural design services (in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 1 service profile pursuant to HOAI § 51) for the planning of the anchored, deep-founded retaining wall in front of the existing structure at Kienlesbergradweg. The assignment of the planner selected within the framework of this procurement procedure is intended to commence from service phase 1 (object planning) and from service phase 2 (structural design). It is intended to commission the planning services in stages (partial service table according to Simmendinger). There is no entitlement to award of subsequent partial services.
