TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the award of object planning for engineering structures (in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 3 of the scope of services, as per HOAI § 43) and structural engineering planning (in accordance with HOAI Part 4, Section 1 of the scope of services, as per HOAI § 51) for the planning of the anchored, deep-foundation retaining wall in front of the existing structure at Kienlesbergradweg. The engagement of the planner selected as part of this procurement procedure will be carried out starting from service phase 1 (object planning) or starting from service phase 2 (structural engineering planning). It is intended that the planning services that are the subject of the procedure will be commissioned in stages (partial service table according to Simmendinger). No entitlement exists to the award of subsequent partial services.
