TENDER DESCRIPTION

The aim of the measure is the comprehensive structural, technical and energetic modernization of the sports hall to ensure contemporary use for school and club sports. The hall shall meet current requirements regarding energy efficiency, safety, accessibility, and functionality. The sports hall of the Ganerben-Gymnasium dates from the 1970s and shows a significant technical and energetic need for renovation due to its age. Parts of the changing rooms and ancillary rooms no longer meet current requirements. The need for renovation of the changing areas was already pointed out during the school renovation. The energetic renovation of the exterior facades has already been carried out.
